Do Lawn Edging in a Simpler Way

Creating clean, defined lines between garden beds is essential for a neat lawn. A simple technique involves placing a 2×6 board along the desired edge and holding it in place with your foot. Then, use a spade to cut along the edge of the board in a consistent direction. Continue adjusting the board as needed to achieve a straight line.
The Micro Greenhouse

If starting seeds or cuttings feels difficult, try the micro greenhouse technique. Reuse 2-liter soda bottles by cutting off the bottoms and removing the labels. Each seed can be placed in its own bottle, turning it into a mini greenhouse. Once your seeds have sprouted and the cuttings are rooted, simply remove them from the bottle.
